Pros

Whether you’re a new medic or experienced, this is a great place to gain high-volume experience without being burnt out. I’ve learned a ton, especially from my fellow crew members. Good culture, flexible scheduling, and consistent pay.

Cons

Benefits could be expanded, especially for part-time staff.

Pros

Unlike other services I’ve worked for, Ambulnz actually gives medics autonomy in the field. You’re trusted to make good clinical decisions and backed by medical direction when needed. It's great experience for building confidence and sharpening skills.

Cons

Protocol updates aren’t always communicated quickly across teams.
