Pros
I’m not going to lie, if you have a weak work ethic, you probably won’t do well here. This is a company that encourages, promotes, and rewards a very strong work ethic. You have to be willing to put in the time and the effort, and to give 110% every shift. It’s no exaggeration whatsoever to say that people’s lives are on the line so management does not give almost any leeway to people who take their job lightly and don’t care much. If you’ve read this far into my review you might be wondering why I put this in the pros section and not the cons… well, that’s very simple. It’s because I don’t see any part of what I just wrote as a con. I think MORE companies should be putting up with far LESS from their workers in general. If any company/organization (not just Ambulnz) was quicker to fire employees who weren’t the right fit for the job and didn’t have much passion or energy for it, they’d find people who were the right fit a LOT faster. And it wouldn’t even be such a bad thing for employees either, because then they would find the jobs that they were passionate about and the companies they were the perfect fit for a lot sooner too. So, in my opinion, Ambulnz has the right idea and more people need to jump on board and see these things as pros instead of cons.
Cons
From a different person’s perspective everything I just wrote in the pros section could be considered a con. From my perspective, there are no cons to working here whatsoever. I absolutely love it and have since the first day I started.
