Pros

- They have amazing benefits - Are doing well - Amazing people, very much a collaborative atmosphere - A lot to celebrate and a lot of teambuilding (even while working remote) - You will be heard - They care about your physical and mental wellbeing - Mandatory diversity and inclusion training - Traveling for work

Cons

- You will have to work with the head office to get new things off the ground, even if it is for local testing. There are a lot of teams involved for various tasks/processes. You have to understand the process in order for you to be able to function, and deal with the fact that "last minute" isn't something that is easy to deal with. You will need to come prepared and understand things don't turnaround that fast.

Pros

I have worked for DocuSign for almost three years and have seen the transition and growth the company has experienced. In particular over the last six to eight months during the pandemic, the acceleration of DocuSign as a company but more importantly, how it has continued to invest in it's customers and it's employees. I feel truly fortunate to work for an organisation where they have placed their employees front and centre of everything they have done. DocuSign have provided things such as technology budgets to allow for remote working, company days off to help employee's unwind during such difficult climate. Confirmation of an extended holiday break to help employees recharge during the off season, all things which are invaluable to me as an employee. Furthermore DocuSign continues to invest in hiring great talent and accelerating it's business to support our growing customer base to ensure the best business outcomes for everyone adopting our technology.

Cons

When looking at the broader climate, there really are no cons to share about DocuSign. The last 12 months have shown what a great place it is to work.
