Pros

DocuSign is an amazing employer with the right people in the right places. I have the feeling, that DocuSign deeply cares about their employees and does everything to ensure employees have everything they need. This does not only count during the current pandemic, rather is my overall experience.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that the benefits in the US differ from the rest of the world, so I'd be great if you could align this.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Right people, right places. That's important especially as we scale. It's exciting to see some of the promotions as well as new additions to the team. So glad you see that.

Pros

Strong, collaborative and empathetic culture. Amazing onboarding process, especially as remote due to Covid-19. Every role and every function really well supported by a centralised asset management solution. Above-average benefits program.

Cons

none experienced in my 6-months to-date

Pros

DocuSign really takes care of its staff especially during Covid. You will get work and life balance working at DocuSign. You will also get your say if you have any suggestions and people do listen.

Cons

When you are new, there will be a lot of independent learning. Lack of internal training program.

Thank you for sharing your views. It's wonderful to hear that you feel taken care of and that you have work/life balance. It's also wonderful to hear that you feel that people listen to your suggestions. On that note, can I suggest that you serve up your idea about training improvements to Lambert Walsh? I am quite confident he would be open to listening.
