They told me before I joined it was a great company, with a great product, great people.... and great customers that love us. It couldn't be more true. The company and our market is full of opportunity. We have a great CEO who cascades a culture that people thrive in. What more could you ask for.!?

Cons

The fun never stops! It is like being at the Olympics every day - running from one event to the next. Be sure you are ready for the ride if you want it.

openness for new ideas. freedom to say and do what you believe in lots of opportunities to those who are willing to take them

as a remote office, it sometimes hard to get HQ's attention.
