Boom! You win the prize for first mention of SpringCM and yes, you are spot on: this acquisition expands our product offering and is key. Exciting stuff indeed. And our partner integrations are so powerful to bringing the System of Agreement alive. Thanks for recognizing it and it's really good to hear that you associated this with the reason why you love working at DocuSign. Teething? I hear you. We need to all keep working in our approach and scaling. Just when I think I've nailed something, I need to revisit my own approach. Constant iteration; constant learning; always opportunity to improve.

Great to hear from Tel Aviv. Twice in one day. It's wonderful to hear that you believe the company is investing in employees careers and learning plans. I think you are referring to our new Education Assist program? I know one or two people who are going to finish their college degree with DocuSign's help. Interesting point about the org structure not being clear. I hope you are speaking to Tom Casey, Ron Hirson and Michael Erisman. They might be helpful.

Pros

Great team and great people overall, I was really surprised at how much effort people go through to introduce themselves when you're a new starter. I'm only here a short while but feel very comfortable. As this was my first "proper" sales role, I needed as much training as I could get. The training didn't disappoint and the trip to Seattle definitely was a fantastic opportunity (my first trip to the US!) Snacks and drinks are great, lots of healthy options if you want. Senior management are really friendly and approachable.

Cons

As mentioned by others, some processes aren't clearly defined. But this is also an opportunity to help shape them. More DocuSign merch; I don't have anything DocuSign branded whereas the new starters now have welcome packs!

Thank you for your very detailed review. Great to hear you enjoyed your training and trip to the US. (Hope we didn't disappoint.) Good to hear you find our senior leadership team approachable -- it's a key component that guides our culture.
