Customers love DocuSign, there is a constant flow of incoming opportunities and still plenty to come!
They do a good job of picking smart and talented people with diverse backgrounds so everyone has something to teach you
Pay is good, it can always be better but it's better than most here
Opportunity for career growth and promotion is abundant within the company

Cons
Typical growing pains. Lots of constant change. Nothing unmanageable or unexpected but if I take a week off it feels like I missed a whole month but it only takes a day or two to catch up.
