      CEO, Product Works, good people and good clients

      Cons

      disorganized, limited product set, client attrition, not a good customer success plan or strategy, hard to grow the relationships with clients, very competitive market. compensation low, and no marketing.

      Work-life balance Stressful Difficult to take vacation no coverage if you're out of the office Lack of accountability on other teams Long hours towards end of quarter

      Pros

      - Product - Employees - Competitive Salaries - Campus - but most of all customers that love us and our technology

      Cons

      We are growing so fast the workload can be overwhelming. Must be a self starter, self sufficient and have impeccable time management skills to survive. Growth is a good problem to have but it's easy to get burnt out.
