      Pros

      The "WHERE CAN I HELP YOU" attitude that exists across anyone in the company. it's very real. I believe it's based on the fact that a big chunk of the compensation for everyone is based on exactly the same company wide KPIs. the company is very nimble and the goal is to support the incredible growth it's having. Lot of fun working at DocuSign. Salary is good enough and total compensation has a big bet on a liquidity event.

      Cons

      benefits could be better. some randomization around the tactics

      Pros

      - things are always changing here! - great benefits - supportive management - fast paced, startup feel without the instability - great SF location - always challenging and rewarding work, you know you're making a real difference here - amazing product, saving money, time and the environment

      Cons

      - lower than average pay - things are always changing (this is also a pro) - still light on creating and establishing processes - career trajectory not very clear for many roles

      Thanks for your detailed thoughts. Michael Erisman is working on learning development as well as careers ladders for different units. Please ask your VP if s/he can develop them for your area. They can work with their HR Business Parner like Olga K. or Jessica G-S to get that done.

      Pros

      Competitive wages, open door policy, management actually cares, everyone is happy and upbeat! You can actually talk to the senior management without getting buffered through your direct management first.

      Cons

      No 401K match yet, no education reimbursement yet
