Pros

Not many at this point

Cons

DocuSign used to be a place where people, at least in Engineering, were treated as important, and in general people wanted to help each other be better. Now, DocuSign is a place where what gets rewarded is finding people to blame, where management wants above all else to dictate to employees rather than convince employees that their plan is correct -- they want servants, not employees

Pros

Colleagues and standard benefits (Healthcare, Dental etc.)

Cons

Large amount of pressure with large and at times unattainable targets. Taking holiday time off is seen as a negative - Sometimes you won't be allowed as coverage is needed for some regions and encouraged to work even when you are on holidays and frowned upon when you don't. Cut throat environment Poor management - no room for error or any focus on employee wellbeing.
