Pros

- Work life balance - Awesome product - good benefits - strength of individual contributors

Cons

- disengaged leadership - lack of executive accountability - favoritism towards colleague “friends” yields unfair promotions and advantages - lack of sales enablement leaves disproportionate work on technical teams -constant structure and territory shifts make it hard to establish customer relationships - duplicate products and rigid pricing make selling complicated - poor top-down communication leaves teams constantly in the dark - shareholder first mentality means employees are last

Pros

some friendly people work there

Cons

You are treated like a replaceable cog, like you have no value, by c level and senior management. The people who are valued the most are the "sensitive" get offended at even things not related to work or their own lives type who complain about folks they don't like but treat people like dirt themselves. Money is the bottom line no matter what.
