Pros

Good Pay and nice views

Cons

Leadership will one day tell you that your roles is being repurposed and then a week later will with out notice lay you off without your managers knowledge, or directors knowledge. You will wake up to an email you are being terminated the same day you were supposed to meet with your new team to work on your project. There is NO value or strategy in early talent any longer. The head of Product has stated that there is no need for early talent programs, so do not expect to see any investment there. Return to office is being planned and remote options are being gutted. You are just a number and a pay band for the algorithm to decide if your time is up when lay offs happen. No manager input. Benefits reduced: There is no longer a company paid premium option for health insurance, Phone bill and internet bill coverage drastically reduced health insurance premiums went up! The company got rid of the 4 days of rest and our company shut down week as well

Pros

- DocuSign is the best in class eSign and CLM, product that you can get behind selling and can sometimes sell itself. - Pay is good, stock is generous (for those who received stock at low-price pre or post covid) - Customers love DocuSign, you rarely see customers leaving DocuSign over product issues, it's usually over price but thats everywhere - solid resources for training and career growth if you take advantage of it - new CEO is making fast and meaningful changes while bringing on top executive leadership.

Cons

- I think all Sales reps agree that quotas are quite hefty especially after the covid hyper growth - there is a high sense of uncertainty after September and February layoffs, which i guess is status quo in the tech space right now.

Pros

Good Pay & Benefits Hybrid work Good product & market Good People High learning Startup environment

Cons

Sometime processes are not completely defined so there are a lot of changes frequently Management is new for xDRs positions so sometimes the activities are a little bit messy AEs sometimes don't understand the correct processes for SQOs definition so it can be challenging to negotiate with them Some benefits are paid in payroll so you don't receive the complete quantity they specify in your contract (because it pays taxes) Layoffs are not planned, they put a meeting the same day you are fired
