Some people are pretty great and it’s sometimes convenient to be remote.

Cons

Worked here for over 2 years and put in countless hours of overtime that never went recognized, not even a good job, nothing. No raise, no promotion and one year the bonus was 2/3 the full 10%. Got laid off 2 months before my wedding with no severance, thanks! They actually couldn’t even finish the meeting, my access was revoked and my laptop shut down completely in the middle of it.
