I recently joined DoiT at a position of Account Executive, and for now my experience has been rather positive. The warm welcome from colleagues and the accessibility of management made me feel part of the family right from day one. The work culture at DoiT is very dynamic but inclusive. Being entrepreneurial is the main principle you will apply in your day-to-day business. You have a great possibility to be creative and influence things.But it also comes with the responsibility. The open communication channels and the willingness of team members to share knowledge create an environment where I feel valued and empowered.
