Great work environment with high performers everywhere you look. Great compensation and benefits. Agile and forward thinking. Growing fast but still feels small. Transparent communication from leadership

Cons

Fast growing means teething problems and small process gaps every now and again. Some functions run out of bandwidth.

Working at DoiT International for the past two months has been a rewarding experience. The company culture is one of its strongest assets, with a clear mission that drives the company and shapes our work environment. The support from the team is exceptional, with a commitment to deliver the company vision. The company also invests heavily in continuous learning and innovation.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, there are challenges. Work-life balance can sometimes be affected due to the dynamic and constantly evolving nature of the work. The company does encourage and offer coaching on work-life balance, but the fast-paced environment combined with remote only can sometimes blur the lines between work and personal time.
