Pros

- People at Doist *really* care about each other. It feels great. Your well-being won't be left out - it's one of the priorities of the company. - You'll work with talented people with an impressive variety of interests, passions and expertise. It's a place where you can grow as a person. - The work is exiting. Doist is thinking about new, better ways to work. And the company itself is the experiment. They try new workflows and processes that'll improve how everyone work together. The remote setting pushes us to think differently. - Doist is inclusive. No matter your gender, skin color, origin, background, you'll feel welcome. They don't judge by where you're from but what you do. - Compensation is generous. You'll also get many benefits like 25 paid vacations, a budget for hardware and software, coworking space and high-speed internet reimbursements, education budget, paid parental leaves, a retreat every year... - Many more!

Cons

- Working remotely can create a feeling of loneliness sometimes. You have to have the right habits to make sure you - I don't many inconveniences really :)

Cons

- You have to embrace remote work fully and be comfortable with it, otherwise it'll be hard; - Growing pains of behind ahead of the curve in terms of work methods and so. But in the end, that ends up being a good thing;
