Pros

- Transparency in everything. - No micro management (and almost no management at all). - Highly professional and very passionate team. - Flexible working hours. - Everyone always cares about each other in any terms (work, personal/health issues, etc). - Multicultural team. - Amazing benefits.

- No cooler talks 😢

Benefits & perks, growth/learning as a professional, great team culture (you feel you're in a family), accountability, products that really matter to the society.

Cons

Maybe the work is too intense in some periods of the year, but that's the standard for the tech industry.
