Low pay. They didn't care how hard you work, how much you sacrifice to maintain the store, including family, they don't care that they expect to find a store organized and full stocked, but they give limited hours, low pay what make more difficult find good workers. The regional manager doesn't have a good attitude with the customers, question them why they go to a store offen to buy things. In the work she's not even able to analyze a situation, it's not open mind, so close like a box. She has attitude with the employees she doesn't like, and you can notice it, you can tell. They don't value great workers. The people get disappointed with decisions and attitude from the managers out of the store (District/Regional Managers etc) what make the people don't want to go to work there. The workers feel that the Managers out of the store don't care the workers, don't think about the workers, that are feelings exposed between the workers.

just started expected first check to be big/bigger.. WRONG and lots of dust
