Nice shirts for the price.

I am a employee at Dollar Tree. And never work for a store with so many hateful comments about black people from some of the assistant managers. They even talk about some of the customers after they leave. My God this place is not right at all. S.O.S PLEASED HELP US!!!!!!

4 hour shifts, extra hours tend to be available for just stocking things.Most of my coworkers are friendly enough. This job gave me basic experience in retail.

Cons

Can you be the only person on registrar, stock shelves, recover and put back merchandise , fill balloons, make announcements, and do thrift prevention all at once? If not, this in not a job for you. The training is minimal. The company does not value there employees and has a high turnover rate.

Pros

Management is flexible with scheduling. I'm currently looking for full-time employment, and with my schedule the way it is now, it allows time to schedule interviews and other appointments.

Cons

Sometimes it can become overwhelming when you're to stock shelves, but are so busy working with customers. I feel like I get nothing done at times. I guess the end result is the customer, which is most important.
