      Pros

      Friendly and Fun people to work with. Good bargain shopping with great deals for only at a dollar or less.

      Cons

      Not enough true focus on replenishment procedure where at times there is not enough payroll hours allocated to stocking.

      Pros

      They're extremely flexible with working hours, which helped a lot with my busy school schedule. It is an extremely easy job, no two ways about it. It's stocking and cashiering, not much to it.

      Cons

      High levels of drama. Just insane. I felt like I was in high school again. Management are constantly bad-mouthing one another as well as other employees. There is no such thing as a private conversation with your boss here. If you discuss something in confidence with a manager, expect it to be common knowledge the next day. The demographic that shops at a store like this, at least in my area, is really difficult to interface with, BUT I expected that to be the case.

      Pros

      I have worked for Dollar Tree for 14 years. I love our dedicated shoppers. I have met and become friends with many over the years. I have always been a team player. Pretty flexible with schedules when you need off.

      Cons

      Even being full time they cut your hours. Working 30 to 32 hours is not full time to me. There is no seniority. You would think after dedicating 14 years and filling in for 3 months as a store manager with no raise a person might get to keep 40 hours.
