Pros

Some companies have perks, some companies don't. Unless they have extra marketing material laying around so they can recognize you with marketing mugs and pens. Its better than throwing that stuff away. I got a company logo bottle opener for my five years anniversary.

Cons

The thought of coming into work. Just like all companies, greed and stupidity. I don't mind hard work, but come on. The only thing missing for it's employees are fetters of iron. They have the whips believe you me. Had to quit without having another job. I would rather take my chances in shark infested waters floating behind a slave ship drenched in chum.

The schedule allows you to pick up a second job.

Cons

Management is by far the biggest con, followed by pay. What use to be CDI in Huntsville, AL, is now Dometic Marine and has been on a financial decline for the past 5 plus years and currently still is. Most of the management from CDI remained in their positions after Dometic aquirred what most would consider a "mom and pop shop"(CDI). It feels like you're working for multiple companies at once because of management. Job security is uncertain even though they tell you everything is fine.
