Not a whole lot go to say. And worked there for a long time

Cons

Never filled through always said one thing and did another. And forget ever being fully stuffed. They cared more about new people than the ones who put their time in and stayed loyal to the company.

- Opportunity to have a positive impact on peoples leisure time. - Focus on Quality and Innovative products generates pride in the company - Management encourages entrepreneurial mindset and empowers employees to drive change - Steady opportunities for advancement - Most employees are passionate about what they do and about the company they work for. - Team mentality - Dometic does not compromise on quality, customer service, or ethics. This is important to me and not always the case in the industry.

Cons

The nature of the RV industry can lead to some long hours and pressure, but that is also what keeps the job interesting.
