      Pros

      Multiple products and sister companies you can transfer to.

      Cons

      No pay raises in 7 years. Poor senior management with lack of focus. Instead of correcting problems with current products and improving, senior management sees it more important to develop new product lines. Too much Micro Management. Lack of training for new reps. Too many unqualified people leading companies. Hourly pay

      Pros

      Commission is good; benefits are a bit expensive but have good coverage. Newspaper is quality pub and it’s free to public

      Cons

      Impossible to reach new bonus levels, senior management (district level and above) has no clue what front line sales people do and do not support staff. Software (called Train) is the worst ever, monitors and computers OLD. IT department is very poor and many of the repairs made to software cause other major problems. No recognition when a good job is done. Too many NEW products in last few years.
