Pros

The benefits are decent and you can gain alot of friends

Cons

Management is horrible. Employees are fired or threatened to be terminated w/o just cause. Management runs in clicks. If you aren't apart of the "click" then you aren't taken seriously. No one is judged on performance. Managers will take credit for their employees hard work. Anyone who works here or has any intentions of applying here work at 7 Eleven first. At least you will get a pat on the back for doing a good job and a raise!!!! Working at DE, you are sure to get laid off, get screwed out of a raise, not be taken seriously by management oh and let's not forget you are sure to be paid well below your worth yet given responsiblity of a Manager!! You're given new responsibilites w/o training constantly. You get stuck trying to learn a job while your boss has no idea of what you do yet you are to make a profit. No one listens, cares, or values you as an employee or an individual. Basically, STAY CLEAR!! It's not the same company that was started many years ago. The old values that encouraged people to work for DE are now gone. You don't know from day to day if your going to have a job or not. Lastly, the "Open Door" policy is a joke. Managers never keep your info confidential. Employees don't feel comfortable going to HR just for guidance because days later you're being escorted out of the building. If you go to the bathroom your are timed. If not back withiin a decent timeframe they become suspicious. it's like being on house arrest. Managers are allowed to belittle they're employees w/o repremand.

Pros

No one single Pro to say about this SCAM of a company. They lie from the day the interview you to the day you leave.

Cons

Misleading, they lie to you about compensation plan goals and metrics. This product is outrageously hard to sale, you will go often without a sale for weeks and weeks at a time even if you do 30 prospecting calls or more per day and even if you conduct more than 10 pitches per week. It will not matter because this product is NOT in high demand and the company knows it and does not care, which is why they are a revolving door. If you decided to interview ask how many reps have they had in that position, and how long was the last person at the company. As how many of their current sales people are at quota, if they are honest they will tell you that NONE. Theor package rates are NOT competitive and they love to micromanage and you will never have proper training nor support to be successful. The base pay is a joke and the "Guarantee" is only for the first 3 months even though they do not tell you that and if you ask on the interview, they will lie to you and tell you that differently. Thier renewal rate is horrible and a lot of the clients stop making their payments because the do not see the value or results and the company will not let them out of their 12-month contract. This results in chargebacks for you. Commission Rate: If you are not hitting your monthly quota you will be paid at 4% commission rate. (No one there hits their monthly quota even the people that have been there for a few years) Product: Their print is a joke the clients do not get results, their hotelscoupons.com and so call app are also a joke with NO VALUE. Wich is why in many cases they give it away to get clients on board with the Reputation and Social Media products that are not competitively priced. Clients do not see the value even if your pitch is perfect.

Pros

The Medical was great and you got to work from home.

Cons

Manager never went out on calls, didn't know how to sell, poor communication with her team. The culture of the company was negative, and there was no incentive to sell as a sales person.
