Pros

There is a great atmosphere, pressure to achieve goals and improve but the goals are attainable. Great place to develop customer service skills and others. Ease of scheduling.

Cons

Pay is not great but it is fast food. There is an opportunity to advance within the store level but not much more than store manager.
