      Pros

      Can get a position without previous lab experience, free lunch, friendly co-workers. If you perform well there are opportunities to advance, due to high turnover rate.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism, long & inconsistent hours, negative attitudes from some coworkers, no real incentive to perform well and upper management seems not to care about the companies employees.

      Free lunches. Insurance. That's it.

      Cons

      Ridiculous turnover rate, favouritism, poor training, poor management, unappreciative of staff, overwork staff, scare new employees away, negative atmosphere. Belittling and condescending work environment.
