Great entry-level opportunities. Salary is decent. Opportunities for commission and advancement.

Cons

Negative work environment. High pressure. Company is grown too quickly, doesn't compensate middle management.

Pros

Easy to get hired. Literally just be talkative and outgoing, showing up to the interview helps as well. Walking around is cool if you're into that. Everybody is friendly.

Cons

Minimum wage with scant benefits. Walking in all types of weather unless conditions are super dangerous. Management is unhelpful and unprofessional. Done this work for a long time and this was by far some of the strangest things I've seen and heard.
