disorganization and constant change with lack of communication pay is market or below market average hubris from upper management product is not as good as its competitors long hours and lofty goals local teams and HQ need better communication

TONS. Care team treated like red-headed stepchild. Company was all about numbers. They didn't care about consumer insights or feelings.

- Priorities change quickly, so sometimes projects are dropped to move on something more important - Sometimes in a sprint there can be a heavy workload
