      Pros

      If you want to be respected and valued for your work, DoorDash is the place to work. The management team are receptive to feedback and ideas.

      Cons

      The training is very intense in the begining, which can be slightly overwhelming. However, it's a great representation of how fast and growing DoorDash is and the expectation of rolling with the changes.

      Pros

      A startup with the most incredible freedom and management I have ever experienced. You are given every resource to succeed and you feel truly valued. I feel lucky to work at Doordash.

      Cons

      It is a lot of cold calling which can be hard some days, but the company is completely transparent with their sell so you come to work each day trusting and loving the service you are selling.

      Pros

      I have never worked at a company where the products are so easy to sell, and customers are so willing to buy. This product is unique in that we don't care if they use our competitors, frankly using our competitors is encouraged. Great benefits, great work/life balance. If you're looking for a company to put your time and effort into, DoorDash won't disappoint.

      Cons

      While the benefit offered are great, I would love for the company to cover more of the costs. While they pay for 100% of a single individual, if you have a family or a significant other, you are still paying a significant amount out of pocket. You are also expected to push for and create your own career growth opportunities. While this is getting better, many roles are specifically defined.
