      Pros

      Incredibly talented team taking on complex challenges. Leadership is very transparent on numbers and projects across the company. Very data-driven company. Really it is all about the people though and they are awesome.

      Cons

      Nothing different from any startup at this stage. Work-life balance can be tough sometimes. The company is still growing into it's organizational structure as it continues to build more teams and hire more employees.

      Pros

      - great coworkers within teams - benefits and perks on par with top SV companies/startups - collaborative work environment

      Cons

      - poor management, people with no experience get promoted into leadership positions and make power plays - low salaries for everyone outside eng, sales, and HR - very fratty/bro environment which idolizes NCAA athletic resume over job experience - lack of direction. employees told to take ownership over projects and then are micromanaged or fired for not doing things a certain way

      Good, but not as good as it was a year ago

      Pros

      Energetic coworkers, exciting space, get to see a lot of different sides of a physical business (not just selling advertising space!). Lots of opportunities for leadership for those who seek them.

      Cons

      Fratty. Young company with young execs who are clearly still figuring things out as they go. Less respect and autonomy then they advertise. Lots of rushing for no reason, awful work-life balance.
