Pros
It's a really fun environment, they really try to keep things interesting here. Things are also constantly changing which can be challenging but I think that is also something that's really valuable for your own personal skill development. Also there are always opportunities for growth here!
Cons
The startup culture can be taxing. We've had to deal with months of very long days and very long weeks. The stress can be overwhelming at times.
