Pros

Amazing health benefits, gorgeous office, snacks and drinks in office, free lunch when in office, diverse staff, fantastic teammates, suggestions do seem to be heard and advice on things taken into consideration if something isn't working

Cons

The MXP department is a new department and experiencing some ROUGH growing pains. Constant protocol changes, training doesn't prepare you for the job, they say we have unlimited time off but it's FCFS and only 10 people can be off at a time when there are 200 of us and it seems like the same 2-3 people are always taking a week off at a time. We get everything dumped on us, blamed for everything and feel like the wicked red headed stepchildren of DD.

Pros

One of the best values of DoorDash is 'no job is beneath you'. Employees own problems from start to finish, which spurns a positive feedback loop of getting more people to own problems from start to finish. They also let you work when and where you want. Results are valued over face time.

Cons

This business moves really quickly. If someone feels like they can't thrive among uncertain goals I would not recommend working here.
