Pros

work from home, gym reimbursement. That is it.

Cons

Too many to list. DO NOT FALL FOR THE 5 STAR REVIEWS - CLEARLY THEY ARE TRYING TO CUSHION IT AND IT IS BLATANT LIES. I have worked in this position for about a year now, and my biggest suggestion is to look elsewhere if possible. Below market compensation, limited growth, working hard only earns you more work. Supervisors don’t know what’s going on, leadership doesn’t know what’s going on, Account Owners have 0 accountability - and do not even respond half of the time. If you want to be lied to daily, have ever-changing responsibilities (none of which are beneficial to MXPs), and be paid below market - this is the role for you! The sad part is the role started off great, and has been a continuous downward spiral since. beware!

-Flexible work hours -16 weeks maternity leave paid off in full (both male and female) -Awesome medical coverage -Massive career growth opportunities within the department & outside of it -Fun culture

Cons

-Base salary is not competitive for being a tech company -No unlimited PTO -No 401k match -Whiplash with process and goal changes every quarter -Transitioning out of old technology - major bottlenecks -"Grew faster than we can keep up" -Officially Public, which means revenue and growth is all that matters (shareholders are now the primary priority)
