Insurance benefits are very good

Cons

Poor management. Executives are lacking transparency, communication and lacking in following the corporate office strategy. There's a mafia composed of 4 people in the executive level. You must be close to them if you want to succeed otherwise it is just a waste of time.

Great benefits, really amazing coworkers.

Cons

Horrible hours and pay. They will work you to the bone, for very little pay. The customers are always right, and they reward bad behavior. The worse the guests act, the more free things they get.
