      Pay slightly above minimum wage but below living wage.

      Cons

      Regular verbal abuse and threatening behaviour from Equestrian management. Regularly expected to work 12 hr days with only a 30 minute break. Inappropriate use of zero hour contracts leaving staff unable to report incidents of bullying through fear of not being given shifts. HR department Ineffective in investigating formal complaints from staff members regarding bullying and intimidation by Equestrian management.
