Pros
There are a number of perks for working at Hotel Bel-Air. Aside from its great location, there is also an excellent employee cafeteria, employee parking lot with attendants to assist in parking your cars, and friendly co-workers and fellow employees all throughout the property.
Cons
One of the cons would have to be a lack of efficient communication between co-workers and, at times, departments. When changes are made, updates should be given to all employees, so as to have current information. This will help limit chances of miscommunication and being misinformed as an employee speaking of a product/service.
