Patient Care Unit is attractive and clean

Cons

Management is terribly partial to some employees, rules and disciplinary action apply only to some employees. Constant negative feedback, unsafe working conditions and night, as no onsite on call physician. Very stressful if patient ztarts to decline clinically, management does NOT step in to help.

Providing a service to the community. Building my nursing skills in a bare bones hospital with very limited resources and capabilities.

Cons

Extremely gossipy/cliquish relationship among several members of management and select nurses-- several have been fired simply because they were not part of the "in crowd" -- very middle schoolish atmosphere in the workplace among adults. Shockingly disappointing. Only $20 and change for an RN on night shift WITH EXPERIENCE. Totally do not recommend unless this is your very last option on the planet and you are facing eviction and homelessness unless you can pay your bills.
