- founders are not visionary, they only focus on operations and nothing more and seem to not understand that without showing other values to the users (than just e-scooters and e-bikes being on the streets), people won't be using them heavily - whole HQ talks about "how local the company is and how they want to be perceived as a brand who gives back to the local community where they operate", but in reality they don't care about other opinions then their owns - they don't want to match with local needs when it comes to operations, marketing, data analysis, competitor market, etc. - senior management is still very poor, they were trying to change it and reshape the senior team, but people who came are still poorly qualified - without vision, only focusing on how many e-bikes and e-scooters are on the streets without thinking about other stuff - they behave like they care about people and how people feel in the company, but in reality they don't and I know that this is case for all companies basically, but I feel that here it is sooo fake that it is hard to handle this

As a startup it is normal that many processes are not yet in place, however, there are a few things that we can always try to predict and plan ahead. The good thing is that the team always learns and we are constantly improving things, so this is not a con, more of a heads up that you need to be flexible in order to join :)
