      Pros

      It has the best environment to work. There is no hiearchy culture and it is a young team . They all are aligned to one vision and very positive environment. It's one of the best startups I have worked challenging but growth and target driven. Work life balance is perfect.

      Cons

      Management and ground level employees co-ordination is low.
