Pros

Work remotely. Relaxed culture. Close team. Lots of autonomy. I've been with DragonFly for nearly 7 years, and it's still fun. We have several stable products in different markets, but still operate with the excitement of a startup.

Cons

There's no dental or vision insurance offered. If you prefer to work in a well-defined environment without any ambiguity, you may not be happy here.

Pros

Remote work 3-4 days a week. Good work-life balance. Competitive pay. Talented team of people that create a supportive and collaborative work environment and a fun, laid back culture. The work is challenging and rewarding and the business is growing rapidly, which means opportunities for advancement. The office is a restored, victorian farmhouse with lots of space. You aren't confined to a desk or a cubicle. Lots of software and digital tools to aid in project management, communication and productivity. Regular team building trips and activities, like whitewater rafting. 401k with matching is available immediately. 20 paid holidays and vacation days a year. Lots of autonomy, no micromanaging.

Cons

No dental or vision insurance. Health insurance has a higher deductible than the average plan, but you pay a lot less in premiums each month. Depending on where you live, you may have a long commute to the office in Hartselle but you're only required to be there 2-3 days a week in your first year, and then 1 day a week after that.
