Pros
-Professional Services team is world class -Thought Leadership -OT/ICS Expertise -CEO -Commitment to mission of safeguarding civilization Dragos has some of the best and brightest in Services and Threat Intel, but if you are looking to take a Sales role here, proceed with extreme caution.
Cons
-New CRO immediately brought in his own team/playbook (despite assurances that would not happen) and doesn't seem to understand the business/sales cycle (doesn't come from OT/ICS environment) -Management leads with a fear-based micro-management approach and adds little to no value to customer journey - more focused on piling on busy work and CRM updates/forecasts than meaningful guidance, training, or mentorship -Management demands extremely high performance despite extensive recent Platform technology update issues and limited time/resources -Ever-moving goal posts of expectations/comp plans/pricing incentives/career path/GTM strategy -"Churn and burn" environment - no investment in employee's career path, just a question of who is/isn't hitting their number or who they favor that week -Hiring seems to be based more on nepotism than competency (hiring friends or friends of friends instead of rockstars or people with actual experience in the industry) -Culture has a very "good 'ole boys club" feeling -Very little diversity or women in workplace -Leadership has a tendency to mock and denigrate competition instead of finding ways to counter their value proposition -Training and competitive material collateral is out-dated and un-organized -HR tends to ignore internal complaints or concerns and will say whatever they think an employee wants to hear in order to placate an issue as opposed to resolving or clarifying an issue - not an advocate for the employee
