-Medical benefits are not that great, and there is a decent amount of burnout across most teams as everyone tries to scale/balance current workloads/train a large number of new hires all at the same time. (but it is a startup, so you need to be prepared for that to a certain degree)
-Leadership strategy and communication struggles at times, varying based on what team you are on. If you are a part of R&D, Intel, or teams directly impacting the product- all questions and feedback are welcome (and addressed respectfully) by the CEO and execs. Otherwise, its best just to keep quiet.
-Diversity is pretty much non-existent.
