Pros

Fast pace - you will never be bored and your days will fly by. Talented People - Some of the smartest and passionate teams I have every worked with. Growth - The company is growing 100% year over year there is tremendous opportunity to both continue learning and growing professionally. Transparency - The mission is critical, the teams are passionate and who has time for BS. If you have a question, just ask and you will find people willing to help. Global Workforce - We have offices in Australia, KSA, UAE, UK and the US with more expansion throughout Canada and the EU. It is incredible to be continuing to diversify the teams and bring in so many different perspectives, experiences and cultures. The best teams bring a variety of expertise and perspectives and Dragos is focusing on making sure to drive diversity globally and regionally. So you get to work with smart, talented and great individuals from all over the world!!

Cons

If your not adaptable or self motivated it probably isn't the environment for you. Things change as we react to changing conditions around the world so sometimes you have to pause one project and pivot in another direction. Also, leadership needs to focus on building and scaling operations as well as continuous onboarding and training new employees so you can't just sit back and wait for someone to check in on you, if you have a question you need to be proactive and ask. Again, not everyone is comfortable doing that so the ability to work and build structure where there may not be any has to be something you are comfortable with.

Pros

Truly mission-driven. There are some really wonderful people that work here, and the level of talent is unsurpassed across the board in every department. Everyone genuinely wants this company to succeed and there is always a new and exciting project to be a part of. Work-life balance is encouraged (even if you don't have the bandwidth to do so), with unlimited PTO and fully remote roles- and team members try hard to give counterparts breaks to aid with burnout of a start-up.

Cons

-Medical benefits are not that great, and there is a decent amount of burnout across most teams as everyone tries to scale/balance current workloads/train a large number of new hires all at the same time. (but it is a startup, so you need to be prepared for that to a certain degree) -Leadership strategy and communication struggles at times, varying based on what team you are on. If you are a part of R&D, Intel, or teams directly impacting the product- all questions and feedback are welcome (and addressed respectfully) by the CEO and execs. Otherwise, its best just to keep quiet. -Diversity is pretty much non-existent.
