Pros

If you work over 40 hours you get comp time.

Cons

- If you screw up really bad, you most likely will get promoted. - New CEO cares more about appearance of building then profitability - New CEO is total snowflake that wants to save the world on employees dime - About 10% of staff carry the other 90% - IT is only about patriotism, if you were not friends with the CIO before Draper, you will never get promoted. - IT never has money now because of mistakes of upper management. No training or raises for some time now. - Parking fees increasing 1000% next year, some say to raise money.

Pros

I work in the Finance & Administration Division. New President is a breath of fresh air, shaking things up, but sometimes has unrealistic expectations. The company has created some amazing technology and solutions. New updates in building are great! The benefits are top notch!

Cons

The CFO is an ice queen and her management style is intimidation. HR is a mess. Change is slow among employees that have been there a long time.

Pros

Draper offers the potential to work on an extremely diverse set of projects. It offers the great combination of an Academic environment working on cutting edge research without some of the negatives

Cons

The company is currently in an extreme state of flux, the culture and ethos is changing rapidly and the future is very uncertain
