      Pros

      Diversity of programs with an entrepreneureal approach. If you have the reputation and the skills you can work on it.

      Cons

      It is difficult to bring things to completion, to build a record of success in one area that is impactful to the field. There are many short programs meaning that people are pulled from one place to another and split their time innefeciently.
