      -Many interesting projects -Intelligent knowledgeable people to collaborate with -Casual, flexible environment with lots of support

      -They have announced that they will be moving to an "open" office plan. So no more private offices

      HR s/b it’s own independent business unit to listen to employees concerns and to genuinely be unbiased. Senior Finance Managers are untrustworthy and unprofessional. The leadership applies fear tactics as a method to motivate staff. Since the summer of 2017, Senior Finance Managers cultivated a toxic culture. In a 28 month period commencing the fall of 2017, Finance and Accounting experienced an attrition rate of 40 key personnel. To conclude, many administrative personnel of color experienced institutional racism.
