Pros

Interesting work, good colleagues, company is supportive and there is good work/life balance. There are leadership opportunities for those to want them. Pay is competitive.

Cons

Raises haven't kept up with inflation. It's hard to break in as a new employee. There is a lot of change, mostly for the better but a lot of change.

Pros

Interesting work Ability to rotate programs and find work that fits you (YMMV) Flexible WFH policy Great people to work with Great direct management Good work life balance Retirement matching is amazing (5% employee -> 10% Draper)

Cons

CEO seems to want to be a big prime Culture is shifting from "doing interesting things yields great work" to "overhead is the devil" Pay is less than what you could get at other similar companies

Current CEO has really improved WLB, compensation, and more. A lot of good things happening at the company.

Cons

Still can be a fair amount of Bureaucracy at times
