Pros

Generous vacation and sick time Flexible staffing and great culture

Cons

HR is unorganized and is poorly designed for a matrix organization. Decisions are very abrupt and does not align with company values—people first

Pros

Awesome work life balance, good work culture, headed in right direction for growth. Work is versatile and very flexible in getting exposure to multiple sub disciplines (circuits, HDL, modeling, simulations, firmware, software, requirements) as an engineer. Not many companies support flexibility, which makes Draper unique. Overall, a great place for engineers of any career experience to work at.

Cons

Management constantly changing policies and benefits, some changes are good while other changes are affecting work productivity. Responsibilities not necessarily tied to work experience. Sometimes work is politically driven, not necessarily best candidate is performing the task which leads to execution problems.
