- Exciting, innovative projects lead by brilliant scientists and engineers that aim to tackle some of the worlds most cutting edge and compelling problems. - Environment that favors creative minds and true scientists who are motivated by the work and desire to serve the national and public interest -Interdisciplinary work environment and encourages the technical and professional growth of its employees - Management very receptive to feedback and improvement to ensure happy employees - Incredible benefits package that is rarely seen

Cons

- Company strategy at the highest level still a bit lacking (but I have faith this will change with time) - Some middle management missing that would improve operations across the board - Technical staff can take on more roles (beyond technical) than anticipated (great for growth opportunities) but can also make work loads grow and burnout possible
