Excellent pay scale. Very friendly management. Onsite opportunity, and it really happens. Stress free working environment. Excellent team work. Endless opportunity to learn new technologies, explore new areas of engineering as well as the managerial skills. Never missed the salary date. And most important is I am enjoying each and every day working here.

HR Department is not so strong.

I got Interest free loan several times. whenever I asked for leave I received it. Thank you Dreamztech for this great experience Very good management, Always you can learn new technologies, Interest free loan at most needed time. Onsite opportunities

Cons

Extreme pressure. They can call you at 3 AM in night. They compelled to work you whole nights. They will cal you On every Saturday and Sunday Also to work with. And Extreme level of politics.. very bad Experience
