Pros
1. If you are lucky and know how when and who to oil then you are good to go. 2. If you are lucky you might get to know a new skill. 3. Most of Seniors and team members are really helpful. It's only for them that you will learn new skills and also they will save you in your worst times
Cons
1. There are no public holidays. 1st May, 2nd Oct you will work and although you are officially working for 9 hours actually it becomes about 10hrs. 2. During lockdown it will increase to about on an average 12-14 hours. And the best part is you will work on Saturdays also. And if lucky enough also on Sundays. 3. If you ask for increment it's like you have made a grave mistake you will be remembered for this for the entire work-life. It will be used as an example to make you work more and also be a subject to make fun of you. And the funniest thing is after all this you aren't sure to get that extra money.
